Weekend in Burlington

We spent this past Saturday in Burlington. We watched Jason's best friend, Josh, ride in the Snake Alley Criterium.

With Josh & Minori (who we just saw in Ohio!) after the race.
We also went to Jason's cousin, Jesse's, high school graduation party.

This is a famiy group picnic we had a week ago in our back yard.

Ohio & Washington DC trip

Jason had to go to Washington DC for work and I went along for vacation (yeah!). On the way, we stopped through Columbus, Ohio, for two nights to visit Josh (Jason's best friend growing up) and his girlfriend Minori. We had a really great time with them, including eating a lot of sushi!

At the Franklin D Roosevelt Memorial - my favorite of all the sights in DC.

Jason's cousin, Michael Foutch, is currently working at the Pentagon. We got a personal tour and had lunch with him there. It was awesome!

The morning after we got home, Jason got these beautiful six stitchs and shiner from ramming into a guy's chin and tooth playing basketball.
