Jen's Academy . . .

I took my Taebo workout DVD to Kate's yesterday. Brady had really been wanting me to bring it. I've done Taebo a number of times at their house before so they know what it is all about. They'll follow the video for a little bit and always end up doing their own thing. I usually do it with them, but we had just eaten dinner and I wasn't about to do Taebo that soon after eating. So, I sat back and took pictures. And laughed A LOT.

They all got their "exercise clothes" on, moved the furniture like we usually do and went to town. Greysen wasn't going to miss the action.
Syd turned around and said, "Aunt Nen, I do this one really good." Cracked me up!Mya decided to do some sit-ups (even though they don't do that in this video)!

Now it was time for Brady and Sydney to do sit-ups.

Mya capped it off with some jumping jacks on the chair.

When Jason got to their house and I showed him the pictures on my camera, his only comment was, "Jen's Academy."
